Derbyshire Distillery was established in early 2018 with one simple aim: to produce fantastic gins and to develop an estate of spirit brands using only the finest local and international ingredients.
Using our state-of-the-art stills from Kothe and Genio we create beautifully crafted gins, whose demand continues to grow across Derbyshire, the Peak District and beyond.
As well as becoming the gin of choice for many hotels, restaurants and bars, our range is also available at the Chatsworth Farm Shop.
G&Ts are very personal, but here’s our preferred method.
Start with a good glass with a large opening, which will enhance the nose and let you to take in our gin’s fragrant botanicals.
Fill the glass with ice and then pour in a 50ml measure of Derbyshire Distillery’s gin.
Fill your glass with Franklin & Sons’ tonic and garnish with a lime wedge; for something a little warmer try orange peel and star anise or for a floral finish, garnish with some thyme and elderflower.
At Derbyshire Distillery, as well as producing our range of fine gins, we’re very active in and around the country supporting, attending and hosting a range of events, including beer, wine and gin festivals and food fairs.
